Coach Ben has been strength training, speed training, and helping athletes achieve their sports performance goals for over a decade. He has trained hundreds of athletes at every level from little league to the NFL, helping players achieve scholarships and prepare for the combine. As a star defensive back at UCLA and the NFL, he is certified by the world renowned National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, & Performance Enhancement Specialist.
